Material / Technical specifications
The VW Vintage Rolltop Backpack is made from hard-wearing waxed sailcloth, 540 g/m² (16 oz canvas) and genuine cowhide leather. The materials and workmanship not only define its characteristic look but also make it water-repellent and durable – ideal for changeable weather and everyday use.
The base of the backpack is reinforced with a sturdy leather insert, providing additional stability and reliably protecting the contents even when placed on the ground. The back section features ergonomic padding for comfortable carrying, even on longer tours.

Inside, a padded compartment offers space for iPads or laptops up to 17". In addition, the main compartment provides generous storage for clothing, equipment or provisions. On the outside, there are two easily accessible side pockets (one open, one with a zip), a large centrally positioned pocket with press studs, as well as a large compartment spanning the full height and width of the backpack, accessed via a vertical zip. The practical adjustable straps on the sides are designed for attaching additional gear.
The shoulder straps are fully adjustable for a precise fit.
